Physician-Guided Weight Loss
Dr. Ken Cleveland discusses his proven physician-guided weight loss program. The program is built to be one of the easiest and safest ways for a patient to lose weight and keep it off.
Dr. Ken Cleveland, physician at Remedy True Health in Ridgeland, MS, has developed a step-by-step, proven weight loss system that provides patients with a customized plan designed to enable healthy weight loss. He has analyzed and researched all mainstream weight loss programs to determine the required components for success.
Our weight loss program takes a three phase approach:
Phase 1: New Beginnings
During this phase, an initial assessment will be conducted and recommendations will be determined through blood work, exams, exercise and nutritional consultations, and supplement recommendations. Based on the outcome of the initial meeting, a personalized program is designed for each patient and evaluated weekly and adjusted as necessary. This phase lasts until the desired weight loss is attained.
Phase 2: You Can do It!
This transitional phase includes weekly visits and status checks. As the onset of this chapter, you will be provided a new, higher calorie diet plan along with a revised exercise program. This phase lasts until the patients with stabilizes on a higher caloric intake along with increased activity.
Phase 3: Preservation
This phase is critical for weight loss success. Patients receive instruction, support, and guidance through less frequent clinic visits and education on methods necessary to maintain their ideal weight.
Your custom plan will include a diet plan, exercise program, and weekly consultations. Patients may also opt to add nutraceutical supplements such as shakes and fat blockers and/or portion controlled meals designed to preserve lean muscle tissue as the dieter loses body fat.
If weight has been a constant battle in your life, you don’t have to face it alone. Call us today at (601) 898-0911 to find out more about our program.
Weight Loss Testimonial: Paul
My name is Paul.
I have been struggling with my weight for a few years. As my weight went up, my self-esteem went down. I tried to diet on my own, but after adding another 15 lbs., I realized I needed some help. I consulted with my primary care physician and was told, “It happens to us all. Get some exercise and eat less.” That cost me another 10 lbs. At this point I was in a size 48 looking for 50.
I said, “This is insane. I need some real help.”
